We price from detailed scopes and line-item estimates so you see labor, materials, permits and markups. For franchises or repeat builds we can provide fixed-price packages. All allowances and contingencies are listed up front so there are no hidden costs.
We use formal change orders that list the reason, cost, and schedule impact. No work starts on a change until you approve it in writing. We proactively flag potential issues early to minimize change orders wherever possible.
We stand behind our work — standard workmanship warranty on construction items (typically 1 year) plus manufacturer warranties for installed equipment and finishes. We’ll include warranty details in your contract specific to the project.
