What is your typical project size and timeline?

Most projects range from small TI jobs to mid-size build-outs. Typical timelines: simple remodels 2–6 weeks, standard TI/finish-outs 6–12 weeks, new construction and complex healthcare setups 12+ weeks. We provide a tailored schedule with milestones during the proposal phase.

Do you manage multi-location rollouts and franchise standards?

Yes. We specialize in repeatable, brand-compliant rollouts with standardized pricing templates, build guides, and reporting so each location opens consistently and quickly.

Who will be my point of contact during the build?

The owner is your primary on-site supervisor and daily contact. You’ll also have a dedicated scheduler and office administrator for invoice, permit, and documentation questions — one team, clear accountability.

How do you report progress?

Weekly status emails with photos, updated schedule, and next-week lookahead. For rollouts or larger projects we provide a shared project dashboard or weekly video check-ins on request.

Pricing, changes & guarantees

No surprises — clear scope, clear pricing

How do you price projects? What does “transparent pricing” mean?

We price from detailed scopes and line-item estimates so you see labor, materials, permits and markups. For franchises or repeat builds we can provide fixed-price packages. All allowances and contingencies are listed up front so there are no hidden costs.

What happens if scope or costs change during the project?

We use formal change orders that list the reason, cost, and schedule impact. No work starts on a change until you approve it in writing. We proactively flag potential issues early to minimize change orders wherever possible.

What warranties and quality guarantees do you provide?

We stand behind our work — standard workmanship warranty on construction items (typically 1 year) plus manufacturer warranties for installed equipment and finishes. We’ll include warranty details in your contract specific to the project.

Yes. We pull permits, coordinate inspections, manage certified subcontractors, carry full commercial liability insurance, and maintain clean, safe job sites. We also follow any brand-specific, healthcare, or property owner protocols required.
